Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TAFT shoes as much as we loved making them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once the inspection is complete.
